Through the Grad-Link program, Rimfire aims to deliver the following outcomes for graduates:
• Provide access to employment opportunities through the introduction of HR and management contacts within corporate agribusiness.
• The opportunity to be assessed for their overall ability and potential, rather than just benchmarked scholastically.
• A rare, intimate opportunity to learn more about agribusiness companies in general, the unique opportunities available to graduates in agribusiness, as well as build a network of contacts with key people within those companies through Rimfire’s “Agri-Tunity” sessions.
