Through the Grad-Link program, Rimfire aims to deliver the following outcomes for companies:
• The opportunity to be presented with the top tier of graduates with behavioural traits, characteristics and skills they seek in their business.
• All graduates who are assessed by the program will be interviewed and selected according to each company’s own criteria if required. This will enable each company to have candidates presented to them who best suit their requirements.
• High potential candidates will undergo a behavioural-based Occupational Interest Profile assessment, the results of which will be included when presented to companies at no additional cost.
